Summit Adventure Motors may collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request service, ask about financing, submit a trade-in, apply for a career opportunity, join an update list or submit a referral. This may include contact information and information relevant to your request.

We use information to respond to requests, operate the business, communicate with customers and applicants, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or business partners when reasonably necessary to fulfill a request or as required by law.

Do not send highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank credentials or full payment-card information through ordinary email. Financing applications may later be handled through secure lender or application systems.

If you provide another person's contact information through the referral program, you represent that you have permission to share it for the purpose of being contacted by Summit.
